Letsignit is an enterprise-class email signature manager. Based in Marseille, France, with offices in Montreal, Quebec (Canada) and Kirkland, WA (USA), the company provides a way to automate and deploy email signatures to thousands of users in an organization.
By leveraging local or Azure AD attributes, Letsignit can personalize email signatures, enabling organizations to increase employee engagement, brand consistency, and to create more business opportunities.
Combining Agendex with Letsignit allows companies to easily add MyAvailability links to email signatures so external recipients can book meetings with users without all the traditional email back-and-forth!
Let’s look at how to do this; it is superbly simple!
First, the Agendex administrator needs to go to Settings -> Global Settings and turn on the option to “Use email address for MyAvailability users’ tag…”:
Once this is done, users will no longer be able to modify their MyAvailability link in their Settings:
Next, in the Letsignit console, administrators can create their signature template, including a link to the Agendex MyAvailability feature; in this example, we are using the text “Book a meeting” for this purpose:
Finally, the URL should be constructed the following way:
- The URL to the organisation’s Agendex instance; in this case, https://agendex.agendex.app
- The MyAvailability path; by default this is simply “myavailability”
- The {{ email }} attribute from Letsignit (you can access user attributes by clicking on the {..} in the URL dialog box:
In our example, my signature link would therefore be:
https://agendex.agendex.app/myavailability/jacques.sauve@agendex.com.
And that’s it!! Within a few minutes, administrators can roll out automated email signatures to thousands of users and include the Agendex MyAvailability link for each user, allowing external recipients to easily send meeting requests!
